Amazingly comfortable rooms, could use a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a seating area, great addition. Had a nice coffee at Starbucks, located 15 minutes walk away;))

The location was the bomb, right in the heart of Rome. We were able to hit up all the cool spots like the Colosseum and the Vatican in no time. And the best part? The owner, Steffano, was super cool and always there to help us out. It felt like our own private pad, with a sick decor and all the stuff we needed. Best vacation ever!
The only bummer was that there wasn't a happening party scene around the hotel. We were hoping to meet some fellow party animals and have a wild time.

We had a very comfortable stay in Rome near to colosseum and both the trevi and restaurants. Has comfy bed, feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Fabrizio made everything for all of us.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the exceptional service and helpful advice offered during our stay. Fabrizio, the owner, was accommodating and provided luggage storage and early check-in. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including coffee, and was very clean. The location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the metro and a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and a mini-market across the road. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
Felt like home here, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of this place was absolutely mind-blowing! It was just a 2-minute walk from the metro and a short 5-minute stroll to the amazing landmark that we all know and love. Plus, there was a buzzing bar and pizza place right next door for our convenience. Not to mention, there was a mini market just across the road and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Fabrizio was our hero, with his flexible check-in and constant contact to ensure everything was perfect. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and fully stocked kitchen utensils. The flat-screen TV kept us entertained, and the glorious air conditioning kept us cool during the hot summer days. The fact that it was on the first floor made it super convenient, and the lift was a bonus for lugging around our luggage. Steffano, our host, was incredibly helpful and always available online for any assistance. The service we received was exceptional, and Fabrizio went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even providing tips and advice during our stay. The apartment was impeccably clean and had a VIP feeling to it. And let's not forget, they allowed pets! All in all, this place exceeded all our expectations and we cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

I had a great stay at this accommodation near the Colosseum. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and the famous landmark. The area was bustling with cafes, restaurants, and mini markets, giving me plenty of affordable food options. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation for its amazing location, attentive host, and comfortable amenities.
While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the noise from a nearby cafe until 1 am and the lack of an iron and ironing board in the apartment, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. The benefits far outweighed these small inconveniences.

Loved the mini bar in my room; felt like my own private pub. WiFi worked everywhere, even in the bathroom, for all my important social media needs. And let's not forget the thrilling view of the kitchen appliances!
Who needs a view of the city when you can watch trains go by underground all day? So exciting!

The location was spot on, with easy access to public transport and famous landmarks nearby. It was a great starting point for exploring the city. Plus, the neighborhood was buzzing with cafes, restaurants, and mini markets, so there was no shortage of food options. the host was friendly and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few downsides to our experience. the bedrooms faced a busy street, resulting in a lot of noise and disturbed sleep, especially in the early mornings.
